CUSTOMER SERVICE
We strive to provide you with the best service possible! We are setup to handle each request in a specific manner. Please read to policies in each section below. If you still have questions, contact us PRIOR to placing an order.

STORE POLICY
By purchasing a product from this website, the customer accepts and agrees to abide by the policies set forth on this page. We reserve the right to make small product modifications as we implement customer feedback and improve products.

We reserve the right to make small product modifications as we implement customer feedback and improve products. Some products pictures may be outdated and not reflect recent product modifications. If you need your order exactly as pictured, contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

 

REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, unless there is an error on our part, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES). 


SHIPPING
We use USPS for 95% of our shipments. If you need a courier other than USPS for your order, please message us as soon as you place your order so we can notate your order.


DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES
Occasionally we issue coupon codes for certain promotions, events, and groups. These coupon codes are unique to and reserved for people participating in the promotion and/or event. Placing an order using a coupon code outside itself intended purpose, including but not limited to products that explicitly state they are excluded from coupon codes, are subject to cancellation. 

All discount codes ONLY apply to the products we manufacture (i.e. Overland Gear Guy branded products). Products like Gear America and Action Trax are EXCLUDED from any discount codes. Any attempt to use discount codes on excluded products will result in order cancellation.

LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
We make quality, durable gear that we stand behind. You can rest assured our products are of top notch workmanship. If by chance any of our products fails due to MANUFACTURING, we will repair or replace the item (at OUR discretion) free of charge. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover the following things of which are excluded from our workmanship warranty, including but not limited to: damage from normal wear and tear, damage from customer modification and/or tampering, misuse, or abuse.

TO SUBMIT WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY CLAIMS
Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to sales@overlandgearguy.com You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.

 

OVERLAND GEAR GUY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES AND TERMS WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL PRICES AND PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
