REFUND POLICY
Due to our products custom nature, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.... NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You are responsible for verifying with the size chart before placing your order.
Current order turnaround is 2-3 Weeks at a minimum. Please do not order and ask for status update or tracking number days later.
Due to the custom nature of our products, unless there is an error on our part, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES).
LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
We make quality, durable gear that we stand behind. You can rest assured our products are of top notch workmanship. If by chance any of our products fails due to MANUFACTURING, we will repair or replace the item (at OUR discretion) free of charge. Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty DOES NOT cover the following things of which are excluded from our workmanship warranty, including but not limited to: damage from normal wear and tear, damage from customer modification and/or tampering, misuse, or abuse.
TO SUBMIT WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY CLAIMS
Email an explanation of the issue as well as detailed pictures to sales@overlandgearguy.com You will receive a response within one business day. If the claim is deemed a workmanship manufacturing defect, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number with further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible fees associated with for getting the product back to us.
