Refund and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations
  • No Cancellations: Once checkout has been completed, orders cannot be canceled. This policy ensures the quickest possible fulfillment of your order, allowing us to process and ship your items without delay.

2. Returns
  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, uninstalled, and unused condition, complete with all packaging and components. Installed, altered, or modified products are not eligible for return. Custom item orders are also non-returnable.
  • Process: Contact us at sales@overlandgearguy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and may take up to four weeks to process. If an item is ineligible for return, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow several days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Custom Item Orders
  • Custom item orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once ordered, these items cannot be canceled or modified. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom order details at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@overlandgearguy.com to begin the return process.

6. Shipping Policy
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
