Our fire extinguisher headrest pouch features heavy duty velcro hook and loop straps that adjust to fit most headrests. The velcro flap is lined with non-slip keep the extinguisher secure and prevent the sharp handle from poking through, yet accessible enough to grab quickly in an emergency.
