The ladder mounted trash bag is very well made, and fits perfectly and arrived (internationally) within seven days of the order being placed, despite being during the post-Christmas period. The main purpose of this review however is to extol the outstanding customer service provided by this company, an all too rare standard in today’s businesses. Due to an oversight on my part, the initial product I received didn’t fit, Overland Gear Guy immediately stepped up and replaced the bag without charge, and they communicated consistently and helpfully. Take it from a woman who loves bags … this ladder bag was thoughtfully made! The Velcro straps are the perfect size/fit to attach to the ladder, no extra straps dangling all over the place. It’s made with sturdy material, I can tell this will last a very long time and will withstand the natural elements. I love that you can add a small lock to the zipper on top, in case you decide to store something other than trash, like me. Superb product indeed!
